• Dust hanging art work, knick-knacks and all other accessories (heavy knick-knack areas to be determined during walk-thru).
• Vacuum all flooring and under accessible furniture (rugs shaken).
• Wash floors and baseboards.
• Empty garbage (by request).

• Clean and disinfect countertops, accessories and backsplash.
• Clean fronts of cabinets, clean and disinfect handles.
• Clean front of appliances including dishwasher, oven and fridge (top of fridge dusted when needed).
• Clean microwave and toaster oven, and empty toaster trays.
• Clean and degrease stovetop and outside of oven hood.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen sink (fixtures cleaned and polished).
• Deodorize garbage disposal.
• Shake rugs, vacuum and wash floors.

• Dust light fixtures and vents.
• Clean and polish mirrors and chrome fixtures.
• Clean doors, door handles, cabinet fronts, light switches and molding.
• Clean vanity and sinks (accessories dusted).
• Clean and disinfect shower floor and bathtub (chrome fixtures cleaned and polished).
• Clean and disinfect shower door, walls, tub walls and tile (walls wiped dry).
• Clean and disinfect toilet (inside and out).
• Shake rugs, vacuum and hand wash floors.
